At Bright White, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team for specific arrangements.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Yes, you can change your shipping address if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@brightwhitemfrs.com or call us at 042-6557042. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you're not available, our delivery partner will attempt delivery two more times on consecutive days. After three failed attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. For military addresses, please contact our customer service team for special arrangements and additional shipping information.
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged package/items and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
